Travel Partner Service takes care of you and your group after you arrival such as changing schedule and destination, researching restaurants you might want to go, speaking as communication liaison. Travel Partner Service is Not a Call Center but your Exclusive Travel Concierge. Each guest is provided their own concierge - Travel Partner who Made Your Personalized Travel - to serve you. Anytime when you have concerns, Travel Partner is always happy to hear your requests.

Preparing Contingent Plan, Flexible Schedule Management & Researching During Stay

We support any changes and arrangements for your stay. As you may know, no matter how much we provide information and advice about your stay, there are things to realize after you get to the destination and your schedule might changed, depending on any unexpected happenings. We assist your flexible travel to make more flexible by providing further information and proposals. Furthermore, if you use convenience of mobile phones, you can promptly make changes fro your stay.

Communication Liaison

In order for our guests to have the best experience in Japan, Travel Partners will be your communication liaision. Need to tell a waiter about an allergy, to tell a clerk your exact size of clothes, to tell destination information to taxi drivers, or communicate symptom to a doctor? If communication is an issue, Travel Partner Service will communicate for you. During your stay in Japan, troubles might hide somewhere such as traffic accidents, illness and injury.



Cases of SUpport

Guest:

"I would like to know of Sushi restaurants in Shinjuku so can you send information on good Japanese Sushi restaurants to my email or to my hotel FAX and also make a booking as well?"


Travel Partner:

We'll ask you the numbers of atendees, time, and as well as type of restaurant. We will also verify any allergies of your party, budget and any other information to help us prepare for you such as birthdays. We'll send recommendation to your email address or FAX. If you should choose one of our proposals, we’ll provide a map and arrange the booking as your request.


Guest:

"Due to heavy traffic, I can’t make the airplane I booked. I need to arrive at Osaka by this evening. Do you provide any support?"


Travel Partner:

We'll quickly seek other options for you to reach your destination, considering the most efficient way, and provide feed back as soon as possible. Also, if you require a contact person to handle this delay, we will stand in for you.


Guest:

"I am looking for souvenirs. It would be great if you could find some and information of the price."



Travel Partner:

If you already have an idea what you would like to purchase, we will research and report on the requested items along with other useful information. If you do not have any ideas, we will propose items based on our research and your needs.


Guest:

"I would like to know about cultural activities with my family so please let me know what kind of programs are available around my hotel."


Travel Partner:

We will propose various types of activities such as Temple Sightseeing, Japanese Flower Arrangement, Traditional Culture Appreciation, and Excellent Hot Springs, based on your requests. Needless to add, we will arrange the booking, too.
