How does Service Price work? If you would say "I will use Travel Partner Service for 4 days", we will "1. make proposals and itinerary for your personalized stay for 4 days, prior to your departure or before you start your travel" and "2. provide full support service for 4 days while you stay in Japan" Case 1 : Use Travel Partner Service for Whole Stay

Proposals
What is proposal? Proposals, which our Travel Partners make for your personalized stay, are itinerary and schedule list divided into 2 layers, one is 1st proposal which shows your rough schedule and activities, and another is 2nd (or Final) proposal which shows details of time schedules, restaurants and information. After receiving the 1st proposal, please take time to spend with your group or family to discuss the itinerary. After your discussion, please input any additional requests regarding the proposal and we will revise it for making the 2nd (final) proposal. Payment
How do I pay for this service? After verifying your schedule by calling, we would like you to send fee via credit card ( using PayPal ). You can cancel this service if it's before payment. Information of payment (credit card payment by Paypal) will be provided after verification by Email. For additional fee, which is necessary for reserving service such as transportation, accommodations, and any other requested service in Japan, it might happen that we ask you to pay prior to making arrangements after sending proposals. For all cases which require advanced payment, we will let you know, however, it hardly happens in most cases. Arrangements
All arrangements will be done by Travel Partner? or Guests? Arragements such as hotels and restaurants, Travel Partners are happy to do it instead of guests. In several cases such as Train Freepass, Bus Freepass or any cases which do not accept reservation or require guests direct arrangements at destination, We would ask our guests to do at destination. When verifying activities and shcedule, we will let you know what is necessary what is not. Transportation Fees etc.
It depends on where you go and what you do and some arrangements require the advanced payment. We will provide cost estimation so you will be notified how much you will need. It mostly accepts cash and credit card in Japan. Please ask us to do them instead of you or pay fee as requested at destinations. In order to provide an enjoyable stay, we can research based on your budget, needs and payment method so we do not provide what you do not feel necessary. Can I change the duration of Travel Partner Service? Yes, you can change the duration before the 2nd proposal (2nd payment). Cancelation of Travel Partner Service Personalizing/Premium
Can I cancel the service? Yes, you can cancel our service and fcancel ee will be changed as following. If it is before the 1st payment (initial charge), you can cancel without fee. If it is after the 1st payment (initial charge), cancel fee will be charged for 40% of your total price of Travel Partner Service. If it is after the 2nd payment (whole payment), cancel fee will be charged for 80% of your total price of Travel Partner Service. Phone Contact

In order to use Travel Partner Service, is it necessary to own or have a mobile phone? It is not necessary to have a phone for using our service. For instance, we can make a call to you when you are at a hotel or somewhere you can use a phone, however, we recommend you to have or rent a mobile phone for convenience of travel and stay.
